I drove to work the first couple of days this week. Today I walked. I'm at a point where my mood definitely shifts for the worse when I miss a couple of days of walking. I find my mood sours and almost a sense of depression creeping over me. I read in the current issue of Health magazine about a woman who refers to running as her Prozac. I understand that. Walking is cheaper than Prozac for sure.


  1. I believe there is research showing that exercise is at least as effective as anti-depressants in some people. I think it helps me out in that department, too. :)

  2. so agree with this! i feel so much better when i walk to work. i can handle stress that much better :)
