
Today was the cafeteria's baked potato bar. I had the potato with steamed broccoli (over steamed but steamed nonetheless), caramelized onions, about a half cup of chili, diced fresh tomatoes and a little sprinkle of cheddar cheese. I am stuffed. I brought a GF brownie yesterday but I didn't eat it so I'm having it later as a snack.
Looking forward to a bike ride and a yoga DVD after work. I've got a new yoga DVD from Yoga Journal that I've been wanting to try and today seems like a good day.
