Clean Eating is one cooking magazine to which I subscribe. GF Recipes are marked. This gives me a nice jumping off place to start looking for recipes I'd like to try. Some of their recipes aren't already GF but can be easily altered so that they are. Last night I tried Kathi's Curried Quinoa Salad. This recipe is not in the magazine. It's only available online at their site. It was super easy and tasty. I've eaten quinoa once before and I enjoyed it but this was the first time I ever tried cooking it - nothing to it. I couldn't find quinoa in my local grocery but the health food market had it in bulk. I bought a pound, which seems to be 2 cups, to start. I'm having left overs for lunch today.
